Our approach
Every treatment pathway begins, before any clinical procedure, with a thorough collection of clinical, radiographic and instrumental data, and an identification of the causes underlying the current condition. We do not intervene before a precise diagnosis, prognosis and sequential treatment plan have been established. We do not proceed to the next therapeutic phase without having assessed and documented the outcomes of the one just completed.

A qualified dental technician since 1971, he graduated in medicine and surgery and specialised in oral medicine and dental prosthetics, practising in Rome since 1979. He has developed original techniques and patents in implant-prosthetic dentistry, several of which are currently used in international clinical practice. Creator of Morphogenic Tissue Management (MTM), an approach that uses the native regenerative properties of the osteo-muco-periosteal complex, in particular multipotent stem cells, to produce regeneration of bone and mucogingiival tissues without the use of exogenous materials.
His dental technician background translates into direct control over the entire quality chain: from digital design to final prosthetic completion within the practice’s in-house laboratory.
Bio-mimetic aesthetics

Our team’s goal is not to produce the artificial, standardised aesthetic currently dominant on social media, immediately recognisable as a prosthesis, unnatural in shape and colour, and disconnected from the patient’s face. Producing refined, bio-mimetic aesthetics, built around the individual character and anatomical context of each patient, requires sensitivity, experience and a high level of technical expertise.
Independent clinical evaluation
Patients who have received demanding or highly invasive treatment plans elsewhere often feel the need for an independent second evaluation. The practice provides consultations for an independent second opinion on complex implant and prosthetic cases, with particular attention to retreatments and the resolution of complications.
The appointment includes a review of available clinical documentation, a direct clinical examination and a written evaluation. The patient has no obligation to pursue treatment at Studio Calesini following the consultation.

Consultations are conducted in Italian and English. For all other languages, a structured real-time AI interpretation protocol is in place, ensuring complete clinical communication for every patient.
