A dentist by training, she chose to bring that background to the institutional dimension of the practice. As managing partner, she oversees the processes that make clinical quality measurable and repeatable: the selection of materials and technical collaborators, the supervision of workflows, the management of the people who carry them out. This work is not visible from the chair. It is the work that keeps the chair’s promise.
