The first phase gathers all clinical data: complete history, examination, photographic documentation, and radiographic assessment. Between the two appointments, the specialist team reviews the findings in a multidisciplinary clinical session. The second phase presents the diagnostic conclusions, the therapeutic options, and the prognosis in a written document.
No treatment is started at the first consultation. The patient makes their decision with full information.
